Zaren ritual
The ritual connects russian traditional saunabath with the culinary delicacies of the former tsarist empire.
After original Russian custom, your bath starts with a small iced glass of vodka. Afterwards we will introduce you to the ritual with an opening-aufguss of pure birch brew and a fragrant honey-salt scrub. The banja ritual is a very popular ceremony, as it leads - depending on the mood of our guests with Russian music very sociable and sometimes funny - to the desired relaxation effect. On the rustic wooden benches of our charming log sauna, the prewarmed birch water from an enamel cauldron is gently carried as a "banja-rain" to the courageous sauna guest. Alternating baths are just as much part of the process as the "fanning out" of the skin with the birch twigs, which carry the valuable anti-inflammatory and hair-stimulating valuable essential oils. This softens your skin, expels dirt and thus improves the blood circulation of the skin.
Feast according to Russian custom: salmon with caviar, blini with honey and warm plums as well as vareniki (vegetarian dumplings), delicious pelmeni and last but not least freshly baked bread with lard.
